Irene Chang

Irene is a PMU Brow Artist and Founder of Ibrowseyeslips. Irene specializes in providing realistic hair strokes using techniques like Microblading and Machine Nano Brow Hair strokes (Nano Brows). Irene has had the privilege of training and working with some of the industry's top leading artist, including Maya Moore, Shay Danielle, and Permanent Beauty by Lili.

Mission

Ibrowseyeslips was founded by Irene Chang in 2019 based on her philosophy that when we have confidence in ourselves, that is when we are able to achieve anything. Here at Ibrowseyeslips, we offer a variety of permanent makeup services and take pride in having top board-certified staff and the most natural healed results.

Vision

Irene is currently a nursing student pursuing her BSN degree. Irene has a goal of being able to offer medial aesthetics to her clients in the future. Irene wants to be able to create an academy with the knowledge gained from top leading artist, in the permanent makeup industry.
